About us

In 2024, Mimino was the first Georgian restaurant to open in the heart of Denmark, bringing with it the warmth of the Caucasus and the true spirit of Georgian hospitality.

Our dishes are prepared using traditional recipes passed down through generations: juicy khinkali, aromatic khachapuri, and unique spices that make each bite unforgettable. Wine, which Georgia takes great pride in, holds a special place on our menu — from the delicate Saperavi to the rich Kindzmarauli. Each bottle is a reminder of centuries-old winemaking traditions that are an integral part of Georgian culture.
